Use of Guest Photographs and Videos

Kedarayatih Resorts may use photographs and videos of its guests on its website and social media platforms solely for promoting the resort. If any guest objects, they may inform Kedarayatih Resorts, and the content will be removed promptly.

Identification (ID) & Registration Policy

Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in for each occupant of the room. The Guest Registration Card must be filled completely by the guest.

Booking

Any changes in booking are subject to availability.

Rights of Admission Reserved

The facility is a private property. “Rights of Admission Are Reserved.” Management may ask any guest to leave due to disturbance, threat to others, or violation of hotel rules.

Children Policy

Children below 10 years stay free if sharing a room with parents without an extra bed.

Children above 10 years are chargeable without an extra bed.

Extra mattress available on request for a fee. Child age proof is required at check-in.

Extra Bed Policy

Mattresses are available for a fee; availability not guaranteed.

Parking

Self-parking is available. Parking is at the vehicle owner’s risk. The hotel is not liable for loss or damage.

Restaurants

Outside food, beverages, or liquor are not allowed inside the restaurants. Guests causing disturbance may be asked to leave.

Food Policy

Buffet tokens (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) must be taken from the counter in advance. Cooking food inside the premises is prohibited.

Breakfast: 7:00 AM – 9:30 AM
Lunch: 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM
Dinner: 8:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Lost and Found

Items left behind must be reported immediately. If the guest does not contact the hotel, management may dispose the items without liability.

Visitors’ Belongings

The hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of guest belongings.

Hazardous Goods

Storing combustible or hazardous materials in guest rooms is strictly prohibited.

Damage to Property

Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused to hotel property.

Management Rights

Management reserves the right to admit guests and may request any guest to vacate the room at any time without prior notice or reason.

Jurisdiction

All matters are subject to Dehradun jurisdiction only. Management may modify policies at any time.

Check Out

Check-out time is 10:00 AM. No extra time will be provided as rooms must be prepared for the next booking before 12:00 PM.

Food Policy (Additional)

Cooking in rooms is prohibited.

Breakfast: 8:00 AM – 10:30 AM
Lunch: 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM
Dinner: 8:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Room service food will incur 15% extra charges. MAP & CP plan food charges are non-refundable.

Rooms

Rooms are available for 2, 3, or 4 people with attached bathrooms. Larger groups get lower per-person costs. Extra mattress available for flexible accommodation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations 21+ days → 10% charge
07–21 days → 25% charge
03–07 days → 50% charge
Within 03 days / No-Show → 100% charge
